Vice President of Sales – Surgical Medical Devices (USA 100% Remote) $270-280K

DESCRIPTION
A growing surgical device company is seeking a seasoned sales executive to lead and scale its global commercial organization. This hands-on VP will drive strategy, build high-performing teams, optimize distribution channels, and successfully launch new products while maintaining a strong presence in the field. You’ll have the autonomy to shape sales operations, coach leaders and reps at every level, and build lasting partnerships with distributors and key accounts. The role offers significant earning potential ($185K base + $270-280K at plan), full benefits, and the flexibility of a fully remote setup with the ability to live anywhere in the United States. Significant travel (around 60%) is expected to support the team and key initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years of combined medical device sales and leadership experience.
  • Proven success building, coaching, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong background managing domestic and international distribution channels.
  • Documented track record of consistent results, forecasting accuracy, and awards/rankings.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Comfortable with substantial travel and operating in a remote environment.
