DESCRIPTION A leading company in therapeutic solutions is seeking an experienced sales professional to cover the El Paso / Albuquerque territory. You’ll focus on physician offices, promoting specialized therapies that support better patient outcomes in areas such as nephrology and chronic care management.
This office-based role offers a strong compensation package ($110-115K base + $180-185K at plan, uncapped with guarantee through year-end), MOTUS car allowance, full benefits, and the backing of an established industry leader. Bilingual ability is a significant plus. The position is a great fit for someone who enjoys consultative selling to physicians, building long-term relationships, and driving adoption of therapy-focused products in a territory open due to retirement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-8 years of medical sales experience (pharma, medical device, or DME preferred).
- Proven success calling on physician offices.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be based in the El Paso / Albuquerque area.
- No surgical, capital, OR, or heavy procedural sales backgrounds.
