DESCRIPTION
Join a late-stage surgical robotics startup at an exciting inflection point. This is a high-impact territory sales role focused on driving adoption of specialized AI-powered technology and procedural robotic systems with specialty surgeons. You’ll develop market programs, support cases, and help expand utilization in a rapidly growing company that rewards performance with meaningful equity grants.
The position offers strong financial upside ($110-120K base + $240-310K+ at plan), a $700+ monthly car allowance, and only 20% travel. It’s an excellent fit for an ambitious procedural sales professional who enjoys selling disruptive technology and wants equity participation in a company with real momentum. Long Island-based candidates (or those with strong local access) will have a significant advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-8 years of procedural surgical sales experience (strong OR presence and case coverage).
- Track record selling disruptive or capital/procedural technology preferred.
- Ability to build market development programs and drive utilization.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must live on Long Island or have strong local surgeon access.
- Ambitious, startup-minded, and results-driven.
