DESCRIPTION
This is an outstanding quality-of-life sales opportunity for someone with established spine or neurosurgery relationships. You’ll represent a well-regarded line of bone growth stimulators, calling on spine and neuro surgeons in their offices to support patients recovering from spinal fusion procedures. The role offers a true M-F schedule with no on-call, no trauma coverage, and only 20% travel — allowing you to build meaningful, repeat relationships while maintaining excellent work-life balance. Compensation is attractive ($80-85K base + $140-180K at plan) with a $600 monthly car allowance and full benefits. If you already have verifiable access to spine and neuro surgeons in the Indianapolis area, this position lets you leverage those relationships in a focused, post-surgical sales environment with strong reimbursement support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Established access and verifiable relationships with spine and/or neurosurgeons.
- Medical device sales background preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, repeat surgeon relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must live in the Indianapolis area or have easy local access.
- No candidates without proven spine/neuro surgeon access.
