DESCRIPTION
This role is built for someone already selling into optometry practices who knows how to help ODs grow revenue, not just take an order. You’ll recruit and develop optometric practices into a turnkey program that adds a new service line and improves patient access, then stay close to those offices so referrals and utilization keep climbing. The company already has a large installed base of sites and is hiring to build out Utah and Arizona.Base is $115K plus guarantee, expenses, benefits, and a car allowance with mileage. Strong performers land in the $215-225K range, with a path toward regional leadership as the footprint grows.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of current sales experience calling on optometry practices
- Proven success helping practices grow through premium services, data, or added revenue streams
- Existing network of OD relationships strongly preferred
- Comfortable covering Utah and Arizona from Salt Lake City or Phoenix
- College degree required
- No optometry sales experience will not be considered
