DESCRIPTION
A well-established oncology technology company with dominant market share and an impressive body of clinical evidence is looking for a strong surgical sales professional to cover a high-potential territory in Brooklyn, Queens, and the lower third of Long Island.
You’ll call on surgeons in the OR, promoting a portfolio of capital equipment and disposables that meaningfully improve outcomes for cancer patients. This is a hunter-oriented role where your ability to build strong surgeon relationships, drive utilization, and close complex sales will be rewarded with significant earning potential ($90-100K base + $180-350K+ at plan). The company has a robust pipeline and a reputation for clinical excellence, making this an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys procedural sales and wants both immediate impact and long-term growth in the oncology space.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5+ years of surgical sales experience (OR/procedural focus required).
- Capital sales background is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to sell on clinical data and build lasting surgeon relationships.
- Stable sales history with consistent performance.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must live in Brooklyn, Queens, or lower Long Island (or have strong local access).
