Overview
For Philly-suburb reps who’ve already gotten a taste of women’s health, here’s a chance to make a serious jump. I’m helping a women’s health company fill a territory based around King of Prussia and Bridgeport, PA. The call list is broad: OB/GYNs, family medicine, nurse practitioners, women’s clinics, hospital departments, pharmacies and women’s health counselors. They want someone who sets goals and chases them, and who gets creative about reaching busy providers. The road is part of the job, with around 50% travel. It’s an early-career-friendly role, but the pay looks a lot more like a senior rep’s.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in medical or pharma sales
- 1+ year of that in women’s health
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year school
- Self-starter who’s comfortable working independently in the field
- Must already live in the King of Prussia / Bridgeport area (no relocation assistance)
Compensation
- $95K–$150K base
- $205K–$235K total compensation potential
