Overview
Plenty of great B2B reps tell me they want into medical but can’t get anyone to give them a shot. This company will. It’s an Austin-based territory selling specialty surgical instruments and biologics directly to oral surgeons, implant dentists and periodontists. You’ll hunt new practices, present, close and then manage the accounts you win. Plan on about 6–8 nights away each month. You’ll start with formal training at headquarters, so you don’t need a clinical background, just energy, drive and a polished, professional presence. The top reps on this team are earning over $200K.
Qualifications
- 1.5–6 years of outside field sales experience
- Comes from a respected B2B, light medical or dental field sales organization
- A brag book showing consistent over-quota performance
- High energy and genuine interest in healthcare sales
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must live in the Austin area (relocation not covered)
Compensation
- $75K–$95K base; $125K–$145K OTE
