Overview
I have one opportunity here, but it covers a lot of cities, and they need people soon. A sports medicine company is hiring territory managers to sell sports tissue and biologic implants to orthopedic surgeons in the OR. Open markets right now: Boston, Portland (OR), Houston, Indianapolis, Philadelphia, the Jersey Shore, Fort Worth, Las Vegas, Minneapolis and Tyler, TX. Travel is modest, around 20%, since you’ll stay local to your market. A six-figure base makes this a comfortable landing spot for an ortho rep who wants to focus on sports medicine.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical device sales
- Orthopedic or sports tissue / biologics experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable in the OR, working with orthopedic surgeons and staff
- Stable work history with results you can show
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must live in one of the open markets
Compensation
- $100K base
- $175K–$200K OTE
