Overview
If you’ve wanted to get into dental, this is about as good a door as I’ve seen lately. A highly respected dental device company is hiring a Phoenix-based rep to sell capital equipment into dentist offices across Arizona and New Mexico. The technology is excellent and the brand carries weight, which helps when you’re walking in cold. It’s a quick, transactional capital sale, so this suits a true hunter who likes building pipeline and closing. Plan on 6–8 overnights a month to cover New Mexico. The commission plan is uncapped, and there’s a ramp guarantee to get you started.
Qualifications
- Real prospecting experience and solid formal sales training
- Dental sales with existing relationships is ideal
- Physician-office selling preferred over hospital; capital sales background a plus
- Strong B2B sellers considered
- Proven hunter who can build a funnel and close quickly
- Stable work history (heavy pharma backgrounds are not a fit here)
Compensation
- $70K–$75K base
- $170K–$180K OTE
