Overview
Capital reps, this one comes with a safety net. New hires get $60K in guaranteed commission over their first year. I’m recruiting for a Houston-based capital sales position selling current-generation anesthesia and patient monitoring equipment. Your customers are ORs, surgery centers and endoscopy centers from Houston out toward Galveston and Nacogdoches. The company backs its reps with real support and resources, and there’s a pipeline of new products coming. If you already have relationships in the Houston medical center and a history of closing capital deals, you’d walk in with a head start.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hospital sales, with at least 3 years selling capital equipment
- Surgical capital experience is a plus (respiratory, anesthesia, monitors and similar)
- Existing contacts in the Houston medical center area
- Documented sales success you can show
- Stable job history
- Bachelor’s degree
Compensation
- $90K base salary
- $150K–$205K OTE
