Overview
I get asked all the time how someone breaks into device sales. This is one of the real answers. A cardiology device company is hiring an associate-level rep in Tallahassee. You’ll call on cardiologists in their offices and work in cath labs, EP labs and with interventional cardiologists. The company is growing fast, with an established flagship device plus some promising products that just launched, so it’s a good time to get on board and learn from people who are winning. Travel is light, around 20%, and the role stays in Florida. If you’ve proven yourself in a top B2B or light medical sales job and you’re hungry to move into cardiology, I’d like to hear from you.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of strong B2B or light medical sales experience, with results
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Stable work history, no job hopping
- Coachable, competitive and eager to learn a clinical environment
- Must already live in the Tallahassee area (no relocation)
Compensation
- $70K–$95K base
- Expected OTE of $185K
