Overview
A surgical robotics and AI company is hiring in Buffalo, inside one of its top-performing regions, and the role comes with equity on top of strong compensation. The job is about utilization. You’ll work with surgeon specialists and hospital teams to get more procedures onto the robot and keep that momentum building. The work is procedure-focused and hospital-based, with about 30% travel. Qualifications
- Proven hospital or OR-based medical device sales success
- Experience driving procedure adoption or utilization with surgeons
- Robotics, capital or advanced surgical technology background strongly preferred
- Comfortable working cases and building programs with surgical teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must live in or relocate to the Buffalo area at your own expense
Compensation
- $100K–$120K base
- $240K–$330K total compensation
