DESCRIPTION
A recognized industry leader in therapeutic solutions is seeking an experienced sales professional to cover the Seattle/Tacoma territory (with coverage into Washington and Alaska). You’ll call on physician offices, building relationships and driving adoption of specialized therapies that improve patient outcomes in areas such as nephrology and related chronic care.
This is a classic office-based sales role with a strong compensation package ($125K base + $195-200K at plan), MOTUS car allowance, full benefits, and the backing of a stable, well-respected company. The position offers good work-life balance with only 20% travel and the chance to focus on consultative selling to physicians rather than OR or capital cycles. Ideal for someone who enjoys office-based relationship selling and wants to represent high-value therapies in a growing therapeutic space.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-8 years of medical sales experience (pharma, medical device, or DME preferred).
- Proven success calling on physician offices.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be based in the Seattle / Tacoma area.
- No surgical, capital, OR, or heavy procedural sales backgrounds.
