Regional Sales Manager – Interventional / Endovascular – Louisiana Territory $340-450K

DESCRIPTION
A market-leading interventional medical device company is seeking a strong, hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of 9 direct reports across Louisiana and surrounding markets. This is a backfill position due to internal promotion, reflecting a company that invests in and grows its people.
You’ll oversee both direct reps and distribution partners while driving adoption of best-in-class interventional and endovascular products in Cath Labs, IR, and OR settings. The role offers significant autonomy to build strategy, coach and develop the team, and deliver strong results in a collaborative culture with a robust product pipeline. Compensation is performance-driven ($115K base + $340-450K at plan with overachievement upside), supported by an $800 monthly car allowance + gas, full benefits, and long-term career potential. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of direct sales management experience leading medical device sales reps (W2 focus).
  • Strong track record in interventional, endovascular, or surgical sales leadership with documented results and awards.
  • Experience managing both direct reps and distributors preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must live in the territory (New Orleans, Mobile AL, Lafayette, Shreveport, Pensacola, or surrounding areas).
  • 30-75% travel depending on team needs.
