DESCRIPTION
Help optometrists elevate their practices with a proven turnkey solution that connects them to surgical centers, improves patient access, and drives better clinical and financial results. This role focuses on building meaningful partnerships with optometry practices — introducing a scalable program that enhances premium services, increases surgical referrals, and adds real value to both doctors and patients.
You’ll identify and recruit the right practices, support program adoption, and help them grow revenue through data-driven strategies. With a strong base in Dallas and coverage across Oklahoma and Texas, this position offers $95-110K base + $140-160K at plan, full benefits, car allowance + mileage, and significant upside as the company continues expanding. Ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building long-term relationships with ODs, and being part of a solution that genuinely improves practice performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of successful sales experience calling on optometry practices.
- Proven track record helping practices grow revenue through premium services or surgical referrals.
- Strong network of optometrists (ODs) is highly desired.
- Experience with contact lenses, dry eye, or buy-and-bill products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be based in the Dallas area with ability to cover OK/TX territory (40% travel).
