DESCRIPTION
This is an excellent long-term opportunity with a major player in vascular surgery. Based in Indianapolis (must live within 25 miles), you’ll introduce new products while maintaining and growing existing business across the territory.
You’ll sell to vascular surgeons in hospitals with a mix of established and newly acquired technologies. The role offers an $80K base, $175-200K total compensation at plan (with 90% of reps hitting quota), a $600 monthly car allowance + company gas card, full benefits, and automatic base/commission increases for quota attainment. It’s ideal for a high-energy, relationship-driven sales professional seeking stability and strong earnings in vascular surgery.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-15 years of medical sales experience (priority: #1 vascular sales, #2 OR/procedural sales, #3 medical device, #4 pharma).
- Clinical OR experience (e.g., vascular tech, RN, surgical tech) with sales acumen considered if top sales candidates are unavailable.
- Proven hospital relationships and sales success.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must reside within 25 miles of Indianapolis.
